Section 44
Duties of Government Agencies and Public Organizations
If the head of a government agency or public organization receives any information that there has been corruption in his or any office under him, he shall immediately take charge of the documents and files related to such matters and keep them safe and with the persons and employees related to such matters. If there is reason to believe that corruption has occurred after understanding the facts, such document should be sent to the relevant agency for investigation and investigation.
